I’ve been seeing a lot more 617, pretty much every day. I ended a phone call this morning and it lasted 6 minutes and 17 seconds. The apartment right across from mine is 1617. I’ll frequently see the clock at 6:17. So many signs. And today, I’m getting my nails done. School starts on TuesdayContinue reading “Signs”

617
617. That’s my lucky number. 6/17, my birthday. For years my lucky number has been 6 and 17. But that’s always been it, 617, my number. A few months ago, I started seeing 617 everywhere. Today is my abuser’s birthday.

Yesterday, I celebrated Juneteenth. I wore a new t-shirt I recently got.Continue reading “Juneteenth”

Read along and laugh with me, cry with me, be angry with me…come along for the rollercoaster that is the experience ofContinue reading “A place for my thoughts.”
